Unlike many other car rental reservation sites and rental car price aggregators, AutoRentals.com charges no fees of any type. So when booking through us you’ll get the best prices available without the risk of ensuing fees. 

  • We do not charge you a booking fee when you make a reservation.
  • We do not charge a fee when you cancel or change a reservation.
  • However, before you complete your reservation, please the terms and conditions of the rental car company that you are booking with directly.  In some cases, for prepaid reservations, the car rental company may impose a penalty if not cancelled within the allowable window. 

Some car rental companies like Enterprise, National and Alamo normally do not require a credit card to make a reservation so there is no cancellation fee charged.  Other rental companies like Sixt typically allow the renter to cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup in which there are no fees charged for the cancellation.  

This can also vary if you have prepaid for the vehicle.

Upon checkout you should see the options and fees associated with the car you are renting from one or our partners.

If you would like to make changes to your reservation visit the Review/Change/Cancel Reservation section of our website and select the Cancel this Reservation link at the top of the page. You will need your Rental Car Itinerary Number and the email address you entered when you reserved your car.
